Felt a great sense of accomplishment.&lt;br /&gt;Carried me through the day.&lt;br /&gt;Did legs workout.&lt;br /&gt;Browsed nearby sports shop.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Time:&lt;br /&gt;-----&lt;br /&gt;20.30 - 22.00 - heavy legs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Description&lt;br /&gt;-----------&lt;br /&gt;stairclimber - 15 mins at level 8. sweated profusely.&lt;br /&gt;2 min stretch&lt;br /&gt;light squats - 25 x 3, 35 x 3, 45 x 1&lt;br /&gt;abductor - light 4, 6, 8 &lt;br /&gt;adductor - heavy 4, 6, 8 , 10, 12, 14&lt;br /&gt;incline squats - heavy - 70lbs - 250lbs&lt;br /&gt;hams - light 35 x 3&lt;br /&gt;hams - ligth 35 x 3&lt;br /&gt;swing - light&lt;br /&gt;calves - light 35 x 3&lt;br /&gt;started seated quads but abandoned fear of knee.
