Plan for the day:
10.30 am get off my lazy ass and go running 4 miles. That should get rid of the 3-person meal I had yesterday and also help clear my head a little.
11.30 am - can do shoulders - 2-3 hours.
end it with a nice relaxing jacuzzi and swim and sauna

Got license and registration renewed. Felt a great sense of accomplishment.
Carried me through the day.
Did legs workout.
Browsed nearby sports shop.

hams - ligth 35 x 3
swing - light
calves - light 35 x 3
started seated quads but abandoned fear of knee. Need to use straps
stretched - 10 mins
